Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history, or contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the item is in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging, and securely seal the box with the RMA number clearly labeled on the outside.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep, or you may drop it off at any Mahajan Electronics retail outlet.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
